Every morning, a beautiful song fills my heart
A song of thanks to my God.
I sing of your love for me—
My fort, and my refuge.
Every evening, I sing a hymn of gratitude;
A song of praise to my God.
In tough times, I sing of your strength.
My heart, O God, is indeed strong
And confident in you, my Lord.
Awake, my heart! Sing to Him whose love and mercy are eternal.
Be strong and sing praises to God, a defence,
A safe place for my head and feet to run in and hide
I sing to You, the One I can rely on.
