Wow, it’s been such an eventful year. If you’re like me, you must have chronicled many things in a journal, things to remember, words and memories for future generations. One of my best memories from this year is the release of Paulina Thorns.
I have received reviews from readers via WhatsApp (which I’ll save for 2025 with God’s help). I’ll always be grateful to everyone who has purchased the book and left a review. I appreciate you all. Please leave a review on Amazon or Selar. I would love to read them and share them with friends and readers.
Perhaps you, too, have had such a tremendously busy year, travelling each week, commuting to work, doing school runs, running errands, and even going across the sky from one nation to another. I bet you can sigh and even say thank you, God, for 2024.
It is now the perfect time to take a break from certain activities: school (which is currently on vacation), work — for those who can, businesses, phones, etc. Instead, let’s prioritise spending quality time with our family. It’s the season to be merry, tra la la.
Tap the Pause. Reflect and Rest buttons.
Take a retreat
Go on holiday
Play songs. Rejoice in the Lord.
Rest. Rest your feet. Read a book(s).
Spend more time reading the word (The Bible) and meditate on it.
Pray. Pray. Pray.
And please sleep in some more if need be. Yes, sleep and dream dreams this season.
Before I tap on the pause button on my end, I want to remind you to continue to grow in the grace and knowledge of our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ. To him be the glory now and forever. Amen.
Have a restful Christmas holiday. See you again in the new year.
